Cancellation & Refund Policy:Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance. cancellations made less than 24 hrs before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. For events and courses, please refer to then specific event page for details . Contact us if you need assistance.

Accessibility & Building Access:We are committed to making our centre as accessible as possible for all visitors. Please note the following about our building:*There are steps at the entrance to access the building. At this time, we do not have a ramp for the front of the stairs. We have passed on the request for a ramp to the building owner and will update our accessibility information if this changes.The second floor is accessible by stairs.For those whig require assistance, a stair lift is available to access the second floor.If you have specific accessibility needs or require help using the stair lift, please contact us in advance or speak too a member of staff.upon arrival so we can assist you.
